He Puna Tārei, Room 5; Year Four

Friday, Week 1, Term 2 Hi team, It's been lovely to chat to you and your families over the last few days and it is great to hear about all the cool learning that has been going on at home! I am going to kick us off by sharing some of the work that has been shared with me already... I like your Super Hero, Braedyn! ;)  What a good boy you are, Daniel! Great to see that not only are you doing lots of school work, but you are also helping with the family chores! :) Great to see you having fun at home playing games with your whānau, Roman. And the A-Z poster you made is totally EPIC! :)  Great job everyone, keep up the good work and keep your pictures coming in!

Day 1, Week 1, Term 2.   Wednesday 15 April. Ata marie tamariki mā! Welcome back to 'school' ! Crazy days, huh?! Who ever would have thought, when we started school in He Puna Tārei at the beginning of the year, that in just a few short weeks we would be a class of Homeschool kids and families?! Grace, Hokie, Ollie and I all hope you are doing well in your bubbles. Funny aye... how the word 'bubble' has taken on a whole new meaning for all of us over the last few weeks! I'd really love it if you could leave us a message here on the comment thread so we can all keep in touch and share some of what we have been up to. Watch this space!! Here is a photo I took while Grace and our fur babies were out on our daily walk the other day. Hokie is getting old, so he gets a bit tired! He loves it when Grace carries him when we are out 'walking'! :D
